基于周期性边界条件建立具有随机分布形态的代表性体积单元,通过细观力学有限元方法对炭黑颗粒填充橡胶复合材料的宏观力学行为进行模拟仿真. 重点分析圆形和方形炭黑填料粒子模型的变形场和应力场,以及炭黑填料的体积分数对复合材料有效弹性模量的影响规律. 结果显示:炭黑颗粒的填充显著提升橡胶材料的弹性模量,而且炭黑填充橡胶材料的有效弹性模量随着炭黑含量的增加而增大;在相同的炭黑含量条件下,方形粒子模型对橡胶材料有效弹性模量的预测结果明显高于圆形粒子模型. |

Based on periodic boundary conditions, representative volume element with random distribution pattern has been established and applied to study and analyze the macro mechanical properties of the carbon black filled rubber composites by the micro mechanical finite element method. The deformation and stress field for composites in the models with circle and square carbon black filler particles respectively, and the dependence of the effective elastic modulus of the composites on particle volume fraction have been investigated and discussed. Simulation results indicate that the modulus of the composite is increased considerably with the introduction of carbon black filler particles, and the effective elastic modulus of the composite is increased with the increase of the particle volume fraction. And with the same filler content, it is obvious that the models with square carbon black particles generate higher predictions on the effective modulus of the composite than the models with circle particles. |
